1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of zeetbajj is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All deposits and withdrawals on zeetbajj are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not support multi-currency accounts or real-time currency conversion. Amounts displayed on the platform and in all account statements are denominated in BDT.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, bonus wagering requirement completion. zeetbajj aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. The platform will not be held liable for delays attributable to the payment provider's own processing schedules or technical issues beyond zeetbajj's reasonable control.

Refused or Reversed Transactions: zeetbajj reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that is suspected to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering activity, or in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, relevant authorities may be notified in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

zeetbajj offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms at the time of issuance, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games or markets, minimum odds requirements, and expiry periods. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms attached to each bonus before claiming it.

Welcome Bonus: New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to the specific terms published on the promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to one account per person, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and suspension of the accounts involved.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bets placed on certain game categories or at odds below the stated minimum may not contribute to wagering requirement completion — the applicable contribution rates are listed per promotion.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds that have not been wagered through to the required level by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically. zeetbajj is under no obligation to issue reminders prior to the expiry of a bonus.

zeetbajj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. 6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, software fault, or system failure that affects the normal conduct of a game or the placement of a bet, zeetbajj reserves the right to void the affected transaction. Where funds have been incorrectly credited to an account as a result of a technical error, zeetbajj is entitled to reclaim those funds. Players are obligated to notify support immediately upon becoming aware of any such error rather than continuing to benefit from it.

Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during an active game session, the game's server-side state is preserved. On reconnection, the game will resume from the last recorded server-side action. zeetbajj accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the zeetbajj platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms at all times and to refrain from any activity that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or disruptive to the platform or to other users. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

1. Registering more than one account on zeetbajj or assisting another person in doing so.
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point when information is requested by zeetbajj.
3. Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities.
4. Attempting to gain access to another user's account without their express authorisation.
5. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
6. Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such issues to zeetbajj support immediately upon discovery.
7. Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market.
8. Placing bets on behalf of a third party or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of wagering on the platform.
9. Using the platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, irrespective of whether such prohibition is actively enforced.
10. Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward zeetbajj staff or other platform users via the live chat or any other communication channel.

zeetbajj monitors platform activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified or reasonably suspected, the platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant account, withhold or forfeit any associated balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your zeetbajj account at any time by contacting the support team at support@zeetbajj. Upon receiving a closure request, zeetbajj will process the request within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance in your account at the time of closure (net of applicable bonus amounts subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been satisfied.

Responsible Gaming Closure: If you are requesting account closure as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming measure, the account will be closed immediately upon confirmation of your request, and additional safeguards will be applied to prevent re-registration. Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure: zeetbajj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances, without limitation:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Bonus misuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour toward zeetbajj staff.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, zeetbajj is not obligated to return any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to any breach by the player, any real-money balance will be returned via the registered payment method following completion of standard verification procedures.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising in connection with them or the use of the zeetbajj platform, are subject to the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which zeetbajj operates. zeetbajj operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform using SSL encryption and fair play certified game technology.
